360° VIRTUAL TOURS

We include 360° tours and measured floor plans as standard using the Ricoh Theta system, delivered as high-resolution equirectangular JPGs (with GPS/EXIF data). Plus easy-to-use viewer files, thumbnails and a PDF floor‑plan. For clients who want a more immersive, feature-rich experience, a Matterport upgrade is available for an additional fee (includes hosted tour, dollhouse view, measurements and embed link).

FLOOR PLANS

We provide measured floor plans as standard, accurately drawn to scale and delivered as PDF and JPG files with room labels, dimensions, total area, and GPS alignment for mapping. Plans are created from on-site measurements and synced with our 360° captures for easy reference. For a more detailed option, a Matterport upgrade is available (interactive, hosted floor plans with automatic measurements and dollhouse view) for an additional fee.

    1. Basic package: £350 — fully inclusive for homes up to 4 bedrooms (photography, video, drone & 360° tours). Specialist edits or travel beyond the included radius may incur extra charges (details below).

    • Additional bedrooms: £30 per extra bedroom (over 4 bedrooms)

    • Specialist editing: £50 per hour (beyond standard colour correction, HDR and basic sky replacement)

    • Extensive retouching: £50 per hour

    • Twilight shoots: £100 (up to 2 hours after sunset)

    • Travel: Properties over 50 miles from Swansea (SA1) charged at 40 pence per mile (ppm)

    • Accommodation: Required for jobs located more than 200 miles from SA1 (actual cost)

    • Video presenter (on-camera): £100

  • Yes. Frequent Supplier Discount: book 3+ shoots per month or 6+ shoots per year and receive 20% off standard photo packages. Bookings must be prepaid or on a 3‑month retainer and are non-transferable. Contact us to arrange a preferred-supplier agreement.
