Last night’s sell-out Joe Webb Trio show at the Grand Theatre, Swansea, organised by Swansea Jazzland, was a brilliant, captivating night of jazz.
I loved photographing this gig. The Grand Theatre’s warm lighting and classic stage made it easy to capture both sweeping band shots and close, honest portraits. I tried to focus on the moments that mattered — the small interactions between players, the concentration on their faces, and the audience reactions that showed why the show sold out. These images feel like a genuine addition to my concert and event gallery and show what I can do in low-light, live-music settings.
